Yes, add an entry to your transports file (and set transport_maps in your
config - see doco for how):
some.dom.ain smtp:[a.b.c.d]
where a.b.c.d is the IP address of your MX host.
BUT - only the machine you do this to will see it: your MX will still
be broken for the rest of the internet.

Your DNS. But since you've hidden any details that might allow me to
point out your error, you'll have to work it out yourself.
