The "postcat" utility can display a postfix queue file (the message, and
all postfix metadata), but you have to find the queue file first. Entries
with an asterix '*' after them will be under the "active" directory,
otherwise they will be under the "deferred" directory.

If you have dictory hashing turned on (hash_queue_depth,
hash_queue_names), you may need to do something like (from the
    queue_directory):

        # postcat active/7/6/762AA3280BD

If I'm in a hurry, and the system isn't too busy, I'll just do:

        # postcat */*/*/762AA3280BD

If you don't have directory hashing turned on, the file name will just be
    something like:

        # postcat active/762AA3280BD
