Hi Matthew,
Well, i have tried this, whitout result.
I have one domain that this machine is bot DNS and Mailserver for.
Therefore, i has a local BIND configured with mydomain.com and a MX to my
domain. Hence, when i try to send mail from other machines to recipients
on this machine is says realying denied. I have tried to turn every relay
control off (for test).
I am on the local machine and wants to mail to a local CYRUS user trough
postfix, shouldnt mail -s TEST myuser
mydomain.com work ?
(i have use_dnslookup = no in my main.cf)
Also, i still cant seem to get the postfix to cyrus to work (hence the
problem above).
I have:
master.cf
cyrus unix - n n - - pipe
flags=R user=cyrus argv=/usr/cyrus/bin/deliver -e -m ${extension}
${user}
main.cf
mailbox_transport = cyrus
alias_database = hash:/etc/postfix/aliases
This is on a Redhat 7.2 system and im using srcrpms from http://rmrpms.tripod.com/cyrus-imapd/
Does anyone use these packages together with cyrus maybe give some hints
on what im missing - i starts to feel like it is something very obvius...
Best regards
Daniel
