    Ralf,

What file contains the smtp_break_lines and line_length_limit setting?
I grep'ed the /etc/postfix directory with no success.

    Thanks

No. Postfix doesn't care about the contents.
    But check the settings of:

    smtp_break_lines
    line_length_limit

    % find . -type f | xargs grep -i "Invalid data"

finds nothing. You must have special header or body checks!
