    Hi!

I am getting (a few times per day) the following error message in my logs and it
would appears that this started when I began using smtpd_recipient_restrictions
and I was wondering wether it's normal (is it?) and if not what might be causing it...:

    Feb 21 15:38:11 mail postfix/cleanup[1019]: warning: premature end-of-input
from cleanup socket while reading input attribute name

I've done a search on the web and the only time I saw this message mentionned
was after another error message but in my case there's no other (at least
I don't see any) error messages in the log...

BTW, I got that error message whether I used Berkeley DB 4.0 and regexp...

My smtpd_recipient_restrictions line looks like this:

    smtpd_recipient_restrictions = permit_mynetworks,
                                    reject_unauth_destination,
                                    check_recipient_access regexp:/etc/postfix/recipient_access.re

Mynetworks only contains 127.0.0.1 and the IP address of two other pcs and recipient_access.re
only contains rules which reject addresses...

BTW, I was wondering if I have to/should add a "permit" (which I believe is a valid option for that
    command) to
specify that if something goes through all these restriction without being rejected it should be
    accepted (or is
    it assumed?)...
    .

    Thanks in advance!

    Nick

PS: This is on Linux using a 2.4 kernel...

PPS: Please forgive my English as it is not my mother tongue. Thanks!
