    This will not work: it's open PROXIES, not open relays. Also, other
    spam sources that has the same problem as I see here are not proxies
    and not relays (just pure spam houses) -- for those, no automatic
    testing can be performed, only manual blacklisting (or SPEWS listing
    for that matter).
