Oh ma... ;) The same as several minutes ago, see "Postfix + MySQL consumes 100% CPU?"
thread. Tlsmgr is a part of postfix-tls patchkit. If you have no TLS patches
applied, comment out tlsmgr line in master.cf. This line is from previous postfix
install where you used tlsmgr (SuSe?)
