This queue manager daemon is running chrooted (see master.cf file).
I would recommend to turn off the chroot feature for all master.cf
entries.

You definitely should not be using Postfix's chroot feature. I fail
to understand why vendors ship Postfix in this manner; it makes
sense only for people who have a lot of expertise.
