Do you have any recomendation (Linux)?
Can we do it (using bandwidth shaping) per user basis for each delivery?
What I'd like to achieve is postfix could limit the bandwidth quota for
each delivery,each hour,day per user,ip,network etc.

Or could it be integrated with postfix?
