Seems so (if '-' for smtpd means 'default' and the documented value in
master.cf is the real behaviour - but Debian is quite good at that, in
my experience).

/var/spool/postfix/etc/resolv.conf is identical with /etc/resolv.conf,
so I guess it should (pointing to 127.0.0.1)
======
# eth1 begin
domain fortytwo.ch
search fortytwo.ch
nameserver 127.0.0.1
# eth1 end
======
I did a quick tcpdump check: no nameserver requests to outside servers
when I connect from the inside. (tcpdump -n port 53)
cheers
