forgive me, but i am trying to understand what the SASL
configuration should look like for a setup like this (do
I go ahead with the standard configure line such as:

    ./configure --disable-krb4 --disable-gssapi --disable-anon --disable-plain
    --enable-login --with-pwcheck=/var/pwcheck --enable-pwcheck --disable-sample
    --disable-cram and --disable-digest

but is pwcheck needed any more? i don't think so, but it's
late and i'm not thinking straight.

also, what about smtpd.conf? i understand it w/out the MySQL
bit, otherwise, I don't quite understand who is talking to who
    and the implications...

    help GREATLY APPRECIATED!!!

(also want to use the TLS patch to encrypt those plaintext
passwords sent by Outlook and then get IMAP to use the same
    SASL/MySQL combo...)

    THANKS!!!
