    Anyway, the patch is broken. Right now I use:
       ...
       reject_unauth_destination,
       check_recipient_access btree:/etc/postfix/recipient_checks,
       check_sender_access btree:/etc/postfix/sender_checks,
       warn_if_reject
       check_sender_access rhsbl:/etc/postfix/rhsbl_sender_domain,
       check_client_access btree:/etc/postfix/client_checks,
       reject_invalid_hostname,
       ...

    and it's emitting reject_warnings liek crazy, but not for the
    ask-testi.am.dsn.rfc-ignorant.null.dk
    ask-testi.am.postmaster.rfc-ignorant.null.dk
    addresses.
