That's the kick in the pants! It's not chrooted, either.
I've compared this setup with another functioning Postfix server I control, and I can't see where the fundamental is. Let's see, what other information can I give...
RedHat 7.2-based
Postfix release 20020331
If someone is feeling sadistic, I suppose I could send the postconf output, but that seemed a little drastic.
