RAV has a FreeBSD version, versions for OpenBSD 2.8, 2.9, and 3.0, and a
NetBSD version - but not sure if it will run on BSD/OS, but their
support team would probably know.
http://www.ravantivirus.com/pages/news.php?bk=10 says:
In the future, the RAV AntiVirus for Mail Servers will soon be
ported to other operating systems: NetBSD, OpenBSD, FreeBSD, BeOS,
BSDi.
