We have a mix of RH and debian in our network now and the decision has been
made to standardise on RH, so i will just have to harden the DMZ server. I have
notlooked into the postfix packages on debian, as we were going to compile from
source, as well as do some SASL authentication on the server in the DMZ.

good. currently it is just a P166, 256MB RAM, and scsi for a squid proxy server.

Thanks for the advice on the RAM. It is pretty cheap so i will go for 512MB. I will
probably just use 1 SCSI disk for /var/spool, and an iDE for boot, logs, /etc, etc.

    thanks,
