    Read the FAQ, especially the firewall setup part. Basically:

    relayhost = [smtp2.extranet.oleane.net]
    transport_maps = hash:/etc/postfix/transport
    relay_domains = ch-beaune.fr

    and in /etc/postfix/transport:
    ch-beaune.fr smtp:[internal mail server]
    .ch-beaune.fr smtp:[internal mail server]
