The hostname shown in syslog output is not under control by Postfix.
The hostname is controlled by syslogd.
You can, however, distinguish output from different Postfix instances
in several ways.
1 - Set the instance name with the syslog_name configuration parameter.
Default instance name is "postfix".
2 - Set the logging facility with the syslog_facility parameter. The
default logging facility is "mail".
