When you're right, you're right.
However. Like I put forward some time ago, why not log the offended
rules number?
Just imagine the possibilities it would provide for analysis by tools
like pflogsumm. Or a database? That way one could monitor the efficacy
of each rule quite easily. Thereby facilitating tuning the rule base.
Just a thought, mind.
