I couldn't disagree more.
I use it to virus scan for more than 1000 users. I can easily scale my
solution to 10,000 or 20,000 users, no problem.
amavisd + sophos + postfix
PS, if I were running sophie, it would be twice as fast. As it is, I can
handle approx 600 emails/min.
