    Apart from the basic setup for the chroot, which is needed for Postfix
    itself ( or any other program ),
      just /chroot//etc/pam.conf, /etc/pam.d/smtpd [ and
    /lib/security/pam/libpammysql.so
    + dependencies for libpammysql.so: libz.so, libmysqlclient.so, libm.so... a
    couple of cp's and ln's will do :) ]
    ( might forget something, this is the basic )
