I found this web explaining howto get together postfix and Spamassassin,
and it works.

        Unfortunately, the machine where I had Spamassassin does not have
enough power to deal all the mails with Postfix and filter them with
SpamAssassin :-(.

        So I had to remove SpamAssassin from postfix config (the load was
taking values about 10, and the mail queue didn't stop to grow) and once
removed, a lot of mails were in the queue with a transport error, having
to do tricks in order to put them in the queue again.
