Isn't this something you could/should do in spamassassin? You
may need to modify it a bit but it seems to me that when the
decision is made to modify the "Subject:" header, you may as
well modify the recipient...
On the spamassassin topic, have you tested it with large emails,
say 5 MB or so? If so: what was the result? If not: please try
and let me know.
