Hello,
We currently have a UNIX application that can automatically create a
text file that includes e-mail header info in a format that is useable by
our Mercury e-mail server on NetWare. This file is then copied to the e-
mail server's spool directory for processing. Queue files are all in plain
text, with no attachments. This is the format of the queue file:
--------start-----
$$
AOTlist
hotelplan.de
TO:AOTlist
hotelplan.de
FROM:peter
aot.com.au
SUBJECT:latest revision
Hi,
Here is the revision you asked for.
peter
----------end-----
This is great for us because we can just add text messages to the queue
and the mercury e-mail server picks them up and sends them to postfix,
using the TO:, FROM: and SUBJECT: fields given.
What I would like to do is skip sending to the mercury server and directly
add the messages to the queue on the postfix server.
I have looked at archives of the list for information regarding direct
queue injection and have seen e-mails about it but not on how to do it.
Any info would be appreciated.
Adrian
