if you look after your own DNS and firewall there may be a way (i think).
- Run two instances of postfix (there is info in the archives); one instance
could be set up to filter and the other not.
- Specify different hostnames/ IP addresses in DNS for MX for those
domains you want filtered, and then port forward in the firewall those
IP's to the filtering postfix port.
