    This might be the same problem that I suffered recently. If you are using
    virtual_maps and virtual_mailbox_maps and the local transport is not
    "virtual", then the "mydomain anything" entry should be removed from the
    virtual_maps and placed in the virtual_mailbox_maps. If you put it in
    both places, smtpd finds the user, accepts the mail and then qmgr barfs
    with "user unknown".
