Actually, the problem is indicated above, but it is rather obscure.
Postfix tried to read something on fd 3 (fd's 0, 1 and 2 are for stdin,
stdout and stderr) and had a problem. Each line in the file should end
with a newline, but it didn't in this case. That's because nothing was
read from the file.
