Hi.
I have a question about postfix license. I have read the LICENSE file, but
since i am not a layer, but a human being (no offence to anyone :) I would
like to ask in plain english :
1. I have added a feature to postfix, that modifies the body of the message
inside the mta for mailing list perposes (yes, i remember that wietse has
already stated that he will not accept such functionality in the main
postfix distribution, but the performance gain is about 10 times from any
other method - it's impossible to resist) - can i sell the modified postfix
to third parties ?
2. Can i do that without providing the modified source code ?
3. I work for a company, can that company call the modified version it's own
product ?
4. Are there other license problems/issues with this ?
These questions are asked without any "evil" ideas in mind - just to know
where i stand.
Thank you.
P.S. Please cc the replies directly to me, i am on digest list.
