I actually did try this option and this was the response:
[root
hermod pid]# postsuper -c /etc/postfix2 -d B99B9D3976
postsuper: invalid option -- c
postsuper: fatal: usage: postsuper [-d queue_id (delete)] [-p (purge
temporary files)] [-r queue_id (requeue)] [-s (structure fix)]
I am using Postfix v1.1.10
