I change makedefs by hand, and undef HAS_DB on src/util/sys_defs.h
before compiling postfix. as you may already guess, I disable
nis support too :-)
I don't think it would really helps. I do it because I heat it :-)
Just don't use the map(s) would suffice (I think).
As I remember, I already done this for a long time, since
Michael announce his dict_cdb.
