None. It has to be written yet...

There's a book out, by Richard Blum, that is outdated by now.
Most people in the community disliked it, because it put too much
emphasis on the features and did not explain the use nor offer complete
solutions.

If you are after a special setup, use the knowledge of the lists
members.
