    Andy,

I encountered a similar reception on the spamcop mail list and only because I
expressed the view that it was not ethical to harm the innocent in order to
punish the guilty. The really funny part of it was that during the couple of
days I was nosing around the list, the list's AV product sent out a half
dozen warnings about virus-laden email sent by the lsits subscribers. These
folks really know how to button up their computers!

Seriously though, we won't use spews and several others because of their
scatter-gun method. We won't use duls because it punishes the innocent as
well as the guilty and we won't use rfc-ignorant because non-compliance does
not mean doing harm. Just my 3 cents.
