Congratulations, someone messed up the ownership and permissions
of the Postfix files and directories. You will probably have 10
million error messages in the maillog file, too.
If you run Postfix version 1.1, then you can try the following:
As root:
sh /etc/postfix/post-install set-permissions
This will restore ownership and permissions of Postfix files.
This will not restore ownership and permissions of any other files
and directories that may be needed to either deliver or access
mail.
If you run an older Postfix version, then you will have to invoke
someone who is willing to spend a couple hours fixing your machine.
I do not have that time.
