As this refers to my rpms one thought strikes me. On my newer RPMs to
keep in line with RedHat´s use of the "alternative" system which
allows multiple mailers to be installed at once, my rpm doesn't keep
the sendmail binary in /usr/sbin/sendmail, but
    /usr/sbin/sendmail.postfix.

There _should_ be a symbolic link from /usr/sbin/sendmail to
    /usr/sbin/sendmail.postfix either directly or through
    /etc/alternatives/mta (IIRC).

Is there a correct link from /usr/sbin/sendmail linked to the
    /usr/sbin/sendmail.postfix?

Sorry if this message is off-track.
