    Hahahaha. Actually it's sad that BT are so clueless.

    I have had to tell several BT users that we are refusing their mail because
    BT's mailservers are not RFC-compliant. Not actually PTR records, but non FQD
    in the HELO negotiation. I don't suppose they've had any luck with their
    complaints to BT.
