As many others did, I tryed this option and noticed a significant
decrease in spam getting through.
I stopped using it because some legitimate mail was bounced and had
complains from users. In fact, even one legitimate bounced message may
cause serious problems if it were for some critical users (your CEO,
for instance... :).
