I'm still playing with maildrop myself, but based on how it seems to do SQL
queries etc to get addresses and maildirs, you may need to tell postfix to
alias the catchall to a real address, and then have that real address in
your lookup tables. Course, I may have misread your mail, and you might be
doing this already.
