People have been asking for a comprehensive list of all Postfix
parameters, with the daemons to which they apply, for quite a
while now. I've found the existing documentation incomplete, but
haven't had the energy to do something about it, which seems to be
a common problem. Here then is something about it. I attach the
program I used to generate this crossref, plus the output of running
it on my system (a build of 2.0.0.1 using my own rpm spec, which
disable NIS and DB, and add CDB). By tweaking the script to find
a locally-appropriate way to enumerate all the programs in your
postfix install, this should work as well for anybody else.
