It's Postfix 1.1.11-5, I'm not opposed to going to a newer version, but I
like using the Redhat RPMs. And, it's not running chrooted. I would think
that the password access is working, because it properly delivers locally,
just not from remote clients. This lead me to believe it was in the
access.db file, but I've tried all kinds of combinations with
smtpd_recipient_restrictions and smtpd_client_restrictions with no luck.
