    Because the most problematic case is skytel.com (Skytel emergency
    paging via email)

    Some of it is our fault.

    When querying them directly, worse case is about 4.9
    seconds. But after traversing 2 chained DNS forwarders, it's a little
    over 5 seconds on some occasions.
