Some one responce to my sorry_but_rejected_Mail "The Microsoft
    Mailserver(Software) is RFC aproved"

    > So; am I correct in requiring a proper HELO? How do other people handle
    these issues?

I mail the admin a Link, how to configure his host/domainname or HELO
string, a short RFC summary and the request to whitelist his IPs in case of
    trouble.

Mostly i got nice replys fom my *.tld, and always no responce from
    listserver sites;)

Because many systems with FQDN HELO often use his notDNS registered internal
    hostpart.MXdomain, i only check "check_fqdn-dns = reject_unknown_client,
reject_unknown_hostname" if they exists in my
    typical_spam_senderdomain-table.
