    You did not add "HAS_SSL" to CCARGS when building Postfix. Just as with
    PIPELINING the string: "250-STARTTLS" should be found in the binary.

    If you cannot build the software yourself, find a prebuilt package for
    your platform. If you cannot follow the instructions in the documentation
    (you did read the documentation that came with the TLS patch?), don't
    build your own sofware. Good luck, over and out.
