    Furthermore you would know, how many of your subscribers
    really read the newsletter. Pdfs can be served in
    byte-ranges as they are read in the browser.

    The "website-solution" is much better for feedback
    purposes ... mailing pdfs out is like sending a snail mail
    mailing.
