Don't remove the "sendmail" command installed by Postfix as a
replacement for the Sendmail original. "/usr/sbin/sendmail" is a necessary
part of Postfix. Fix the boot scripts to invoke it in a Postfix compatible
way.

Where is the documentation that says that "postfix" is a mail submission
