Long ago there was this scientist Aristotle who made claims about
the number of legs of certain insects. The funny thing was, no-one
bothered checking his claims. It took almost a thousand years before
someone took the trouble to examine the insect and count its legs.
You can do a better job. You can actually log the SMTP conversation
and see with your own eyes what HELO command your machine is sending.
Once we have this information someone might actually be able to
figure out what the problem is.
