Just as I said looong ago. never use ecartis's smtp-queue-chunk.
If your ecartis has ever killed by postfix, then there are many
recipients would receive message more than once.
Try to send message on a single chunk, as fast as possible.
You could give a dedicated smtpd for this, with rather relax
restrictions for ecartis. And consider using ecartis's
smtp-blind-blast = yes.
