Where are the logs to back this up? Who exactly did the message get
delivered to? Your email address was the envelope sender, so a bounce
could well have ended up in your mailbox...
Finally blocking *delivery to* an address, is done with
"check_recipient_access" in "smtpd_recipient_restrictions".
Header checks are for blocking mail content alleging to be addressed to a
particular recipient. This does not prevent delivery of "Bcc" email to the
address.
