Let's see cost, performance, support, virus updates frequency, reliability all are reasons we don't use it. We had one in the shop for about a week before we returned it.
Also didn't need most of the other "features" it had.

Hello,
Sorry to go a bit off topic, but I just thought of something which has
bugged me a little in the past. The company I currently work for sells
eSafe Mail Gateway, a product made by Aladdin, which plugs into
CheckPoint firewalls but also runs as a standalone appliance. I just
realised I have never seen this product mentioned in AV mails, and yet
it costs more than Trend Micro or any of the other solutions.
Is this a bad product? Or just automatically ignored for price reasons?
Regards,
