in my case, the messages in queue are almost 1-1 mail (1 message
1 recipient).
postfix would try send the message as fast as possible (as I set
smtp_dest_concurrency_limit to 0), and then, of course, it would
overwhelm the receiver. this happen very shortly, i.e I put limit
max parallel incoming connections on the receiving side. postfix
doesn't know that the receiving side would happily accept new mails
(again).
