The where_field contains the incoming address (the one people are trying
to mail).

To clarify a bit:
1. There is incoming mail to kiowa@project23.no
2. Postfix checks whether this address is a virtual by
        select $select_field where $where_field="kiowa@project23.no"'
3. The query returns "kiowa" so postfix now knows where to send its
mail.
