As a probe mail is just a kind of ordinary message via
smtp client (sounds that it doesn't have to be smtp client,
well it would be just another story), then it subjected to
fallback_relay, ie: if connection to the destination
failed, smtp client would try it's fallback relay ->
verified as 'ok'. some spammers simply use unreachable/dead
host(s).
